Toyota Autoart: A Real HOLDERCARD Dealership Campaign and Repeat Order

Toyota Autoart: a real dealer advertising campaign documented from 2019 to 2021
A car dealership needs more than a one-time branded handout. When people visit a showroom, a useful physical advertising item can carry the dealership's name and model-specific message beyond that initial conversation. Toyota Autoart, a Toyota dealership in Kharkiv, Ukraine, worked with HOLDERCARD on branded printed cards intended for showroom visitors.

The brief: different Toyota models, one practical advertising format
A historical HOLDERCARD Instagram publication dated 22 November 2019 shows a Toyota Camry Hybrid / Prado design branded for Autoart. In later, independently preserved email correspondence from August–September 2020, the dealership's representative Vlad Bartoshuk requested updated artwork and named five vehicle models: Hilux, Highlander, C-HR, Corolla and Camry.
One documented 2020 production brief called for 500 branded pieces, with 100 units for each of five vehicle models. This figure refers to that particular brief, not the lifetime quantity produced for the dealership or for other Toyota dealers. Additional batches and models should be accounted for separately. The preserved correspondence is evidence of the requested quantity and artwork process, not of total lifetime volume, customer retention or car sales.
Print design was a technical task, not simply placing a car photo on a card
The client requested photography and layouts chosen so important parts of the cars would not be distorted by the card's fold geometry. The email thread also covers the dealership name, official Toyota typefaces and logo, a QR code and corrections to a printed website reference. Following the revisions, the client indicated the artwork was ready for final internal approval.
That distinction matters to B2B buyers: HOLDERCARD is a printed advertising surface with a useful folding mechanism. Branding, model imagery, links and legibility must work both as a flat card and while it is being used as smartphone support.
Repeat business: another project discussion in May 2021
On 24 May 2021, Toyota Autoart contacted HOLDERCARD again and shared new production materials. The correspondence includes a discussion of vehicle models for the next print run and an invoice sent for that subsequent job. This records renewed B2B ordering activity and the continuing production workflow.
What this case proves — and what it does not
The preserved correspondence and dated branded artwork document HOLDERCARD's collaboration with Toyota Autoart: personalised automotive advertising materials, a five-model campaign brief in 2020, design revisions and renewed orders in 2021. The dealer planned to distribute the branded cards to showroom visitors, extending the printed advertising message beyond the original visit.
The historical 2019 Instagram publication is available at original Instagram post. Contemporary presentation images may be digitally enhanced and should be treated as illustrative product visuals rather than documentary photography of an actual showroom or handover event.
The lesson for automotive brand teams
A dealership can personalise HOLDERCARD for each vehicle model while keeping the same practical advertising format. The recipient gets a useful smartphone support that carries model-specific branding beyond the showroom, and QR access can reconnect the customer with the dealer's current range or services.
HOLDERCARD is not a retail phone-stand shop: it is a B2B physical advertising medium for brands, with a foldable smartphone support serving as the practical reason a printed message may stay with the customer. Archival paperwork confirms separate Autoart projects in 2019 and 2020
Newly recovered historical documents identify the contracting dealer as Autoart Ltd (Kharkiv) and show multiple distinct stages of procurement, rather than just the one 500-unit model-specific brief. An act dated 18 December 2019 references an earlier Autoart invoice and completed work. A separate Autoart act dated 25 February 2020 specifies 400 HOLDERCARD pieces; additional paperwork dated October 2020 refers to another round of work. These archival files provide historical documentation of repeated B2B commissioning alongside the email correspondence and the dated Instagram publication.
The historic archive includes artwork, customer correspondence, production briefs and invoices for Toyota Autoart. Some electronic copies have incomplete signature fields or numbering, so individual production milestones are identified through their own records. Toyota ArtCity was a separate client, with its own dated campaign history.
Original photographs show printed HOLDERCARD cards with different Toyota Autoart model designs. Archived records describe work in December 2019, a 400-piece brief in February 2020, a separate 500-card brief for five models, and renewed ordering activity in 2021. The sequence demonstrates repeated dealership commissions and model-specific physical advertising.
