A real branded campaign for Radio Maria Ukraine

HOLDERCARD produced a custom-printed advertising card for Radio Maria Ukraine. The founder recalls a satisfied client and an order of approximately 5,000 units. An original physical card, photographed by its manufacturer, preserves the station's campaign artwork and contact information.

A broadcaster with an established international background

Radio Maria Ukraine is a Ukrainian Catholic radio broadcaster associated with the wider World Family of Radio Maria network. The broadcaster describes itself as listener-supported and non-commercial. Its official history traces Radio Maria’s roots to an Italian association established in 1987 and the network’s expansion across continents. In Ukraine, the station broadcasts radio programmes and also provides online streaming and mobile listening. These organisational facts are from the broadcaster’s official website, not claims made by HOLDERCARD.

What the actual HOLDERCARD communicated

The original printed HOLDERCARD features Radio Maria's blue identity, the Ukrainian slogan “Християнський голос у твоєму домі” (“A Christian voice in your home”), contact telephone numbers and the station's website. Rounded corners, fold lines and its characteristic cut-out turn the branded advertising card into a smartphone support. The photograph presents the original client-specific card design.

How can radio stations and nonprofit organisations use useful physical media?

Radio organisations use promotional materials to help listeners remember where to tune in and how to get in touch. HOLDERCARD can carry a station's name, URL, telephone number and optional QR access to its broadcast or app. Folded into a smartphone support, the same advertising medium becomes useful during mobile listening.

Why this client project matters as business evidence

Radio Maria expands the HOLDERCARD project archive into broadcasting and nonprofit communication. The original card design and the founder's recollection of the commission illustrate the advertising format's suitability for campaigns that combine an identity, practical utility and a direct route to the organisation.
